Front Desk Associate (Part-Time)

Location: Plymouth, MN

Description: We are looking for motivated, responsible, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. The Front Desk Associate is the face of the Athletics Facility, offering friendly customer service and maintaining day to day facility operations.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing reception area & customer check-in

  • Supervision of the facility

  • Inventory management

  • Creating a positive member experience

  • Handling customer interactions

  • Answering the phone

  • Selling memberships to perspective clients

  • General upkeep of the facility

  • Performing other related duties as necessary or assigned

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Customer service experience preferred

  • Ability to effectively problem solve

  • Reliable and shows professionalism

  • Must be able to effectively communicate in person, via email, and via phone

  • Upbeat and positive attitude

  • Basic computer proficiency

  • Must be 15 years or older

Pay: $15 / Hour
