HITTING PROGRAM

Defined Baseball & Performance is excited to announce their Off-Season Hitting Program, led by lead hitting instructor, Daniel Phyle. 

This year, we have revamped our programming to better serve our athletes with a comprehensive and individualized off-season program. We are offering more group availability and limiting groups down to four (4) players per session to ensure a more productive coach-to-player ratio. 

The mission of the hitting program is to take a movement-driven approach and provide our athletes with as many resources as possible to expedite their growth, in a healthy, efficient manner. The more efficient, quality reps you can take, the faster you will see results. It takes time, energy and repetition to create growth, and we will be with you every step of the way as well as provide you all the tools to succeed

Our programming, this year, will entail:

• Initial player assessments based on high level movement principles and efficient patterns

• Individualized weekly programming tailored to each player 

• Custom online programming that will enable you to take the coaches home with you

• Daily video and questionnaires to keep the player and coach communication up to date

• Three reassessment sessions to create visibility to player growth

• Access to our indoor baseball facility 2x per week to practice what is being taught during the sessions
