Catcher is the most demanding position on the field physically and mentally. Skills get trained, but our decision making rarely does. Similar to hitting, the later we can make decisions comfortably, the more accurate our decisions will be. This program is specifically designed to blend skill execution with the late anticipatory decision making needed to be an elite defender.
